There was also an aweful sun expo in my way so made my stinky photography that much worse. Believe me, he is definitely black!

Took a few updated photos as I try and decide who to keep who to go.
Of course this girl is a hen from last year and she is huge and a keeper. Her color is great.

Happy Halloween, Joy, Julie, and everyone!

Wow, Julie ..... Albert is soooo massive that his comb hardly looks too big anymore!
I love the girls! They are just stunning!

Ya know, in most breeds the female gets rather ignored (re looks), because the roosters are so pretty. In English Orps it is simply not the case! LOVE those girls!

Wow that is great Irene. I have got folks calling me right and left wanting trios and pairs. I just can't keep them all to grow out stage. I wish i had enough to supply everyone that wanted some. Best bet is to do like you and some others did and grow them out yourself and you have choices. Some of the ones I have seen from my flock look better than the ones I have and i am so happy for every one that has a nice bird. Hope they are able to reproduce them.

I love looking at everyones pictures, so I thought I would post a few of my girl. She's 1 1/2 months now and getting big! I can't believe all of the bottom fluff she has - I'm not sure the proper word for it!
