I had a NPIP & AI day yesterday to Lynn, That blue is looking good there gal & so are them whites & buffs.

The whites are just amazing in person Vickie.wide and deep!!.I am not a good photographer..your rooster is so nice its hard to take a bad pic of him.. ..

I am so glad I do not have to cage all my birds for inspection. That is a lot of work.

I had to catch EVERY single one of mine... then keep them separated so she didn't miss anybody... I was soo tired... I think we did 96 or so.

Today was Debug Day. I had to again catch each bird... dust them by hand and keep the separated until I was done. 6 cans of dust later... I was done.. man I am tired.

Dusting is no fun. I always end up looking like the shake and bake lady. I even dust my many pairs of wrens who are in charge of bug control. Got to catch them at night on the nest. They all sleep in boxes in the coops. I think I counted 16 wrens last week.

OK, thread is active again! I know not all of you will agree with me, but...
Needed a pick me up and checked on our group and found us shut down again...BUT this time it made me smile. Nice to know that some things remain the same. Sort of comforting.
The big picture is that we're passionate about what we do and we love our chickens. We won't always agree. How boring it would be if we did! Just glad I'm not a moderator. :0) but I am sure glad we have this thread. I have made lifelong friends here.

Now, I need to share with you that I love my chickens!

I'm glad I don't have too many to dust, yet. . But boy, I don't have to worry about bugs on me either!
