That is actually how we got several of the varieties we ended up with. We got our blue columbian brahmas from Jenny's surprise shipments- they were never released publicly. We also got our gold partridge brahmas and Augsburgers before they were spoken of. We were actually told the Augsburgers were black breese- when they formed dual combs we sent pics to Jenny and she told us that they were for sure Augs- not breese. That is why I love the assortments, you usually get something really cool.

My Southern Belles didn't know what the white stuff on ground was. All fared well. Have stayed away from the forum. Hoping to avoid the drama Your black girls are absolutely fabulous! They're laying giganomous eggs! I have fallen in love with the blacks. The one we weren't sure about was indeed a girl!
