Those buffs are really nice Bill.

I really wish somebody would import some Buffs from Europe. Somebody posted some pictures of some Buffs from Germany (I think) a while back and they were just gorgeous !!

Renie - I never compared them to tea kettles, but I see it now !! I have a chicken tea kettle sitting on my stove. LOL. I'll have to take a picture of it and post it.

Those Buffs from Power and Pownall are something speecial, aren't they? Just to let those who may not know, those are the pics I just posted of the UK Buffs. Why settle for second or even third class. Just the best. Why post UK trash like the one fellow tried to ask me to take? I rather get inline have hope to get to AI from Karen's Pownall Buffs! And that isn't a sure thing. But alot better and quicker results IF the sperm comes in unharmed.

the UK buffs are fabulous,
I think though that whoever wants to converse on this thread needs to read the Original post so we can stay on topic and talk about how we drool over the birds type that is across the pond and show plenty of pics of what we love.
I think personal pms would be better to have discussions not in this topic. Our moderator Terrilacey has ask us to stay on topic a few pages back. I am all for that.
Now I know some of you have some great fluffy butts you need to show us.

I know I do. Look at this behind on Chester my six month old

I believe he will be bigger than Charlie

Oh, and BTW, I hatched five more chicks. I have separated pens this morning and I am listing some black pullets and hens on Craigslist this afternoon some time or tomorrow. I am culling down again.

Excellent advice Julie, and I agree 100%. PMs or e-mails would be better if somebody wants to discuss something other than our original topic.

I can't get over how big Chester has gotten !! I'd love to see a picture where I could see the color better...so, if you get a chance...HINT, HINT !!

Charlie is gorgeous, as usual.

Is that last picture Champ? Pretty handsome lad you have there Julie.

I haven't taken any pictures for a couple of weeks. I'll try to get out this week and take some new ones. Things have been a bit hectic the last few days.

Hey I understand, I am just here for a few more minutes. I need to make soap tonite too. The ladies at my Church are expecting to win some at Ladies nite out drawing.
Yes, that is Champ in the last pic about a month or so ago i took that.
Maybe by Thurs I can snap a few more shots if it is not raining. Of course Champ has bloodied up his comb since he got home and tangled with CJ after escaping his pen.
I am hoping in the next six weeks i can start using Chester boy for breeding. His comb is finally starting to turn red and he is definitely filling out. He is the sweetest thing. I just love him. Great personality. I will try and breed him over Taylor at some point too.

I saw my blue cockerel grab two different pullets today like he was going to mate them! They honked and squirmed to get away from him, he might think he is ready but I don't think they are willing yet at all. I spent a lot of time outside this afternoon, so I have some photos to share, they are uploading now.
