LOL...that is true!

I just got some GREAT news from Peggy Taylor who visited my farm and bought some young English Orps from me:

"I have been intending to drop you a note and tell you that the Blue Orp cockerel I brought home with me when I came to visit was Champion English at the South Texas State Fair in Beaumont, Texas on Mar 26th. I have shown him twice......he was RV in Pine Bluff, Arkansas under Pat Malone then First place, BV, BB, and Champion English here in Texas under judge Sam Brush. He is gorgeous and huuuuuuuuuuge."

Peggy is such a nice lady and I'm so thrilled one of my birds is winning top honors. I listed some chicks recently for $8 each and was swamped with orders. Now that I know others are selling English Blue Orp chicks for $250-$300 each I'm thinking I may be way under selling because until now I didn't really know how my birds stacked up to the competition.

Congratulations Peggy !!!!

Hey now - Katy - did you not see Jeremy's post? He admitted that he bribed the PO !! It was NOT me !!

Ya'll let me know how you like the soap. The chamomile is my favorite. Mine isn't pretty - Julie is the pretty soap maker. LOL !!

You're more than welcome Kathy. I hope you like it. I ordered some base oils last week and still haven't gotten them. I would have sent more, but I'm nearly out and need to make some - can't do that until I get my darned oil !!

Julie and I were talking about that Gro-Gel stuff last week. We didn't know anybody that used it, so were unsure about it. Now that I know that it works, I'll be ordering some tomorrow. I have a lot of chicks that I'll be shipping in the next few weeks and I definitely will use it. THANKS !!

Has anybody ever used the little warming packs??
