I know!

I love them when they're wee small ones that fit in your palm but I honestly cannot wait until they're grown, big beautiful butts waddling around the yard.

But then I'll want babies again... it's a vicious cycle!

Thank you Renie! I have 4 more in the bator, I'm not sure if they're going to hatch though. The humidity dip that I had I'm afraid might have shrink wrapped them, I'll candle before I take them out tomorrow to see if there are any survivors or if the eggs were just duds?

Next Tuesday is day 18 for 8 more eggs!

I hatched a black that was a lot tubbier than any of the other chicks I hatched. I nicknamed him Chunk before before he went to go live with contrastphoto. She said he's all boy, now. Maybe she'll upload a picture... hint... hint...

Jeremy the chicks are SO darn cute! I hope the others hatch...if not then I hope they were duds because it would be just painful for you to find and us to hear they were "SHRINKwrapped". I sure hope that isn't the case!

That's so funny because from the eggs I got, 2 blue and 1 splash hatched. And the splash is huge. By 2 weeks it had a comb and wattles already

Got a new picture of one of my ENGLISH hens & yes to the one who is the pro. at telling what is pure & what is not, she is pure ENGLISH, what do you think, she is about 6-7 months old.
