I've posted this request in the Orp pic thread and since some of you have the American type as well, I thought I'd take a chance and post the same information here. Below is part of an email correspondence with Dr Batty (The Oprington Fowl). If you would please consider submitting photos of your Orps for his consideration in the next edition of the book. Proceeds from the sale of the book benefit the Poultry Trust Fund. (UK). I'll send him a CD of the pictures. Thank you so much.

How much is he paying per photo?
As an added bonus...we might , just might, get the US and English judges on the same page!!$0. Proceeds go to the Poultry Trust Fund. We get the ...wow, that's my Orp in the book. I can copy information about his efforts if you are interested. I think it would be fun since Dr Burdett was the keeper of the Queen's Buffs.

OK...you asked for it..english blue , and thats all your gettin..the rest said they are not ready for their beauty portrait.neither is this one really HA!..very late hatch 2 bl 2 blk. LOVE these things want a hundred more..it feels like your holding a pumpkin when you pick them up.Aw, come on! Show us your babies. How old are they?
