The last time I saw my Neville he had similar yellowing in his hackles and on his back. He's been living on pasture where he is exposed to direct sunlight every single day. At first I was shocked to see how he looked but I quickly realized that he just needed a good molt.
I feel like Splash and Lavender are affected much more harshly by the sun's rays.
I wonder how sunlight will effect Chocolate feathers? I'm assuming they would pale and yellow over time too.
