I thought I would repost this from page five of this thread so any of you beginning Orp breeders will see that you dont cull to quick. Charlie was way dark but finished up with a great color. He got better with time and produced awesome offspring. He now resides in Washington State with the UOC secretary who has been able to successfully AI him to many birds since he is four yr. old and had become very picky in breeding.Okay here is a Charlie progression.

He went into his second moult a week ago and now has no tail feathers. When he gets through it and looks all awesome again I will take another pic.
