Was going to do the kitchen as well, but we had no dark brown grout.
Don't worry! If you don't clean the floor the grout will turn brown on its own.

It's like living in a freaking desert sometimes and no matter how careful we are the dust finds a way in.
We don't worry about dust in the house so much but the stupid pool and solar panels collect a lot. At least the panels get clean when it rains.

compact Iseki tractor.
Where the heck did you find one of those?

When we first got it it didn't have any brakes. Real hoot to drive! When DH tore the brakes down, it didn't have a brake drum on one side. It's like...ummmm okay. They guy we bought it from said that it had iffy brakes but since his property was flat he didn't worry about it.:lau

it would also wheely going up hills until DH added about 150 pounds of weights in the front of it.

There is an actual reason for doing this, and YES, it actually does help you see better by turning down the volume. It's the way the brain processes input, and stimuli. When it's not being bombarded with multiple inputs, and stimuli, more resources are dedicated to the remaining input. Thus, turning down the volume is one less thing for the brain to process, so it can focus more on visual.
So...your saying...us old folks... should not try/attempt... chewing gum and walking...:hmm
