A few NN pictures. I'm pretty sure the first one is a little boy.

There is also a black one who had me stumped on its sex. It's got a black comb. They're just barnyard mixed so no telling what's in them.

The "Malay" and "Blue Flowery Hen."

So I put the Malay in quotes because I'm questioning their authenticity. To thre best of my knowledge they should be Wheaton, but these are coming out to be speckled. They do look to be actual Oriental Game, but maybe not Malay. The same seller did have other auctions for other Oriental varieties. One of them.... Blue/Black speckled O Shamo... It's still not a recognized color, which might mean they are just crosses anyway, but...

Wouldn't it be ironic if everything I've done to get some O Shamo and decided to give up on them just to end up with them anyway?

Either way, I'm really digging these, and I've already got my favorite cock. He's gone on a few walks with me, gone to the neighbor's house, and is fine being around the dogs.

Putting extra water outside recently. The last 2 days have been really nice but that heat wave that came through was a brutal warning of this summer. The birds where just sucking down the waterers. Boots for size reference. ;)

You're not kidding... these nice 75-80 degree days are quickly coming to an end and I'm so not ready. But I've thoroughly enjoyed being outside working on project these last few days. I think the floof is enjoying the weather too.

Soon he will be big enough to take care of that bobcat.

I hope so! He's such a good and he's growing like a weed. Within the last week and a half he's completely potty trained himself, and he's my little shadow. He follows me everywhere and is so good with all of the farm animals. He turns 3 months old today.
