Work is the least of my problems though right now. I seriously just want sleep, every time I try I get all sweaty and it feels like my heart just drops, kind of how you'd get if you were scared. Kind of hurts, didn't feel to good this morning, seem fine now.

Good morning folks Loved the pics Chris, looks like everyone had a great time.

Yeah it was a good time. Here opted for a day at Legoland instead of a party. Grammy came with us and told him he could pick out just about any Lego set he wanted, he had a $100 budget (that's more than I get! ) So the pack he picked was $99...
Then here find this pack that's like 2.5k pieces, and $160... He has the $100 pack in his hands, looks at Grammy and asks "do you have six $10 bills?" Grammy confused says (we where all confused) "Yes, I've got $60. Why, what's up?" This boy... I love him... Without skipping a beat hands her the $100 pack and says "Now you have $160. I want that one." There was a few people around us that heard it, and we all just busted out with laughter.

I've always said that if he could bring a good argument or idea to the table, I'd be willing to change my mind or budge on some issues. Kind of a reward for using his independent thought. Independent thought was indeed rewarded yesterday for that. Not the $160 pack, but we did get him a smaller pack with the same theme as the larger pack he got.

I wish we had it on video. I'd love to show him that later in life.

Yes, he'll be six on Wednesday.
It's crazy how long the days seem but how short the years are. It's just been a blink of the eye and he's turning in to a (very) young man already. I'm proud of him, so so proud of him. Sometimes I have a difficult time being patient because of how I was raised, but Xaiden presence reminds me daily to just take an extra second. Not just with him, but in life. He'll never know what he's has taught me, but I will always be grateful for it. Hes one of my 2 favorite pains in the butt.

Good to hear Adam is getting some feistiness back in him. He's got all of our love and support.
