Morning everyone! It's dark here.. *sigh* My silkie started crowing... it was perfect. He actually sounded better than my other cockerel who was also a good crowing since the first time he started. Guess I got lucky I thought they both would sound bad since my last flock of chickens, the roosters sounded HORRIBLE Also the rooster snuck in with the other flock, he didn't seem to mind the silkie cockerel No fighting!

Top of the morning Kendra! That great you're Silkie has a nice crow. Both of our Silkies sound like a broken kazoo, lol. It works out nicely though. We have enough loud fellas already.

Hi there DD2F! Things are getting better. I spent a lot of time hanging out with the flock yesterday. They're pretty non judgemental, except for Umbra. He's always sizing someone up.
