Never thought about eating the dandelion flowers. Sounds interesting. Looks delicious.
They're actually quite nutritious! I make a lovely herbal tea from the petals, too. And what better way of cutting down on your favourite lawn weed, lol.

Just make sure no pesticides were used, of course.
 
Horseradish Deviled Eggs filled with horseradish sauce, yellow mustard, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, paprika and chives.

Lemon bars

Crust :
1 3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup butter , room temp
1/2 cup coconut oil
A pinch of salt
Mix with hands , press into 9x13, 350 • 20 minutes
Filling :
4 EGGS
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 t salt
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 t baking powder
3 T flour
Pour over crust , return to oven @ 325• for 20 minutes.
