I hate walmart too,, but if you have to get a job and you need chicken feed then it is a pretty good hook up I'd say.

At my walmart it is in the dog food section. They also have hog feed, and some horse care stuff. It is probably not the best stuff but hey I have had times where I need some now and walmart is real close and cheap so it gets us through until payday.

our wal*mart sells feed also - but they only carry scratch, cracked corn for chickens - but they have things there for hogs,cows,horse and other " farm " animal care items - ours is next to the dog food section also.

Y'all must live in an area with tons of livestock for your Walmart to carry feed. I've never seen any feed (other than cat and dog) at a Walmart. That's cool. It really is a one stop shop for y'all. I love Walmart.

I wish our walmart carried chicken feed.....there are times it sure would be handy to grab a bag to tide me over till I make it to the feed store!! We're in a rural area, but ours doesn't carry any livestock feed at all.
