Those who need help in sexing peafowl

Dinky eye are just that dinky eyes, there are 2 on his baby train , when he molts off he may or may not get eye feathers but all my other pied peacocks from this line grew trains after the baby train molt.

Quit making me jealous! It's good learning sure we may be arguing but we'll eventually get along and someone will have to agree with one or the other eventually. If a peacock has a train and you had a peahen that is around the same age could the two of them breed and have offspring or not?

Yes but the problem is a hen just reaching the age of a year around Aug my oldest male here was already dropping his train and was no longer interested in the females the next year they will be more insinc and if they are laying they can mate and produce together but they have to be insinc remember they are not chickens they have laying seasons.

Well then I might be expecting eggs from Calypso sometime next year in May then. If Calypso layed eggs in August or September I probably won't let her hatch them. What would a IB Pied mix with IB make?

my first one year olds layed just 4 eggs each the month they turned a year old and that was 1
month past breeding season here cause my season runs from late late april threw july.
The later they hatch the later in the season they will lay in their first year if they lay at
all.
