Those who need help in sexing peafowl

Let me tell you a snake that does need to be killed.... The pythons in the Florida Everglades and other snakes that are in ecosystems where they do not belong. I am fine with snakes inhabiting the areas they are meant to be in, but the brown tree snake is causing quick extinctions for many of the bird species on the island of Guam, most of which only live on Guam. It has caused I think 4 extinctions.

I personally enjoy photographing snakes. I like the pattern of their scales and everything but I certainly am not compelled to play with venomous snakes. I give dangerous snakes a lot of room. The only snakes we kill are moccasins because those are some dangerous snakes. The rattlers I am fine with, but moccasins will chase after you.

Black racer in a bush at my school. I saw him sticking out of the bush catching some sun one morning when I was walking to class. Other people walked right by him without even knowing.

This was a really cool snake...It is called a hognose snake, but it is also called a spreading adder. It is harmless though, but it reminds me of a cobra.

I like snakes I will touch the non venomous snakes but if they are venomous or aggressive then I will probably kill it if I can without getting bit if I can't kill it in a way without getting bit I will just walk away. The only venomous snake I like is the Black Mamba. I think pythons should just be moved and not sold as pets or at least the pythons that get too big for a simple aquarium. The wild Pythons should have never have reached Florida. I think that if the animal didn't live there originally then it shouldn't be there. Government and people involved with animals illegally shouldn't come anywhere close to an animal. This is a map of Grizzly Bear population. Did you know that the Grizzlies lived in the entire part of the northern US. That includes NY, NJ, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, etc. before we built huge cities. Love how the Government sticks it's nose in places it doesn't belong ex. Wolves. Perhaps we should introduce so Grizzlies to the Northern part of the US. Sorry for those that live in that area but doesn't mean people in the west like having a larger wolf known as the Canadian wolf killing our deer, elk, livestock, and etc. Before the Government "helped" which is a joke the population was just fine there was enough deer to and elk to find. Everybody I talk to the goes hunting the spend three weeks before they see any deer. When I go hunting we only go hunting for a week and we still don't see any deer. Obviously something's out of balance though people should just step aside and let nature balance things out.

In the mornings we watch the deer in our yard. They kind of use it as a hi way. I know if the deer are not thinned out they will die off. It is a balance I think is handled very well in Oklahoma!

I know in the Midwest the deer population is in balance go to SD you can find deer in peoples backyards and you can get pretty close before they go anywhere. Idaho were my family and neighbors go hunting we could ride about a mile away from camp and you could see entire herds of deer on the hills and you could shoot one and it would roll down the hill to you so you didn't have to go up hill then drag it down hill it was right next to you would just jump off you're horse put the deer on your horse and go back to camp. This past 8 years not a single deer. Though I know that Canadian Wolves were introduced a while back but obviously it must have spiked up not finding any life the only wildlife we can find now is Trout, Rattlers, horse flies, and moose but we don't care much for moose. Otherwise we don't see much when hunting.

Yah the elk population is getting bad here as we can't find any. Mostly because of the wolves.
I believe they're thinking if delisting grizzlies....they have even been wondering down onto my grandparents ranch on the plains! A place they've never been. It's not a great feeling while rounding up cattle that you could come up on a grizzly!

I would be struck by fear. Something I find very stupid is that when I took hunter's ed they told us you can't shoot a bear until it's left a mark on you so you've got evidence that it was aggressive. Yeah right, if the bear attacks me I won't be able to defend myself. I see a bear start charging towards me or my livestock it's going to have a bullet in it. I remember when I was telling a friend about the wolf pop and he told me well there are forest fires so they could be moving. Um... We've have forest fires since there was a forest and now they want to move I think there is another effect on them. In my opinion I bet that the deer will move east and then the wolf pop will die down and the deer pop will get to big so they will move back but the question is how long will that take. Just because you don't see something doesn't mean it's not there. I've never seen $1,000,000 but I know it exists. I bet that those birds that are extinct probably aren't extinct completely just somewhere in an area that isn't infested with brown tree snakes. Repopulating just not as much of a population as there was before. Nature finds a way. Now I feel like I'm in Jurassic Park, "Nature finds always finds a way." That is true though.

I am sure there are exemptions to that.

They told us that and then all of us are telling them we would be dead and they said you would have to have another witness to that statement or you can try to run. They told us the best way to survive the bear attack is to curl up in a ball. IMO I could just shoot it and then I don't have to worry about it.

Works for me!
