i have an air cell question:

my eggs that are due for lock down the 28th so in five days are getting really full and hard to candle the air cell goes about 1/2 inch or so down on one half and then dips way down almost half way down the egg on the other half if that makes any sense.

any ideas?
also it looks like 1 of my other goosies might have given up, i cracked the first one and it was a dud now #2 of 3 looks like it might not be doing anything either, but i may wait a few more days on it

Sm, I ordered 6 SQ welsh eggs. And I also killed a baby chick today when throwing out bad eggs. I threw one out in the pasture, then when I was throwing that one, the other one slipped from my hands and fell, I found out that it had a baby in it, so I went to find the other egg.

Basically I killed a baby , and the other egg is alive and in my incubator. Luckily it didnt crack

It is snowing here and has been most of the day. Suppose to get 3 to 4 inches by morning, YUCK

Don't beat yourself up over it.... I killed one by breaking it open to see why it died and it was still alive.... nothing I could do about it,
