Baking!  Great to see you!  The winter monthes are slow.  In busy times 50 pages is about 2 days posting.  LOL

Just realized the last time I logged in was July lol, pretty good here other than being super cold! Very busy with desserts! I am going to pick up 4-5 pekin adults tomorrow soooooo excited to have ducks again!

Lol to the rooster diaper! I really missed you guys!
So the plan is set and I go pick up my pekins tomorrow, I had to push it by a day because I had desserts that needed my attention (good thing is I make over $400 worth of desserts that will be sold over the next couple weeks) I wanted to try this fermented feed I have been following on another thread and have it ready for them tomorrow but I was out of apple cider vinegar

I tried the fermented feed in the fall, although just my chickens and not my waterfowl. It got too cold to keep messing with it, but I plan on starting again once it warms up a bit and switching everyone to fermented grains, although I don't think I'll ferment their all flock.
Can't wait to see pics of the pekins.

I admit, I took a bit of a break after the bators got put away for winter. Two more weeks until my first hatch of the season.
That would work too, but wouldn't be as fun as seeing a couple roosters running around in pretty pink diapers.

Baking, I've been known to make wedding cakes in order to buy more feathered friends. LOL. Its a great way to finance a habit, er, I mean home based business.
