Baking! Great to see you! The winter monthes are slow. In busy times 50 pages is about 2 days posting. LOL
Hey Bakin, great to see you!! How's things in Vermont??![]()
That would work too, but wouldn't be as fun as seeing a couple roosters running around in pretty pink diapers.Just pen the roosters and let the hens run together. Then they return to their coops and pens and the eggs stay pure.
I tried the fermented feed in the fall, although just my chickens and not my waterfowl. It got too cold to keep messing with it, but I plan on starting again once it warms up a bit and switching everyone to fermented grains, although I don't think I'll ferment their all flock.Lol to the rooster diaper! I really missed you guys!
So the plan is set and I go pick up my pekins tomorrow, I had to push it by a day because I had desserts that needed my attention (good thing is I make over $400 worth of desserts that will be sold over the next couple weeks) I wanted to try this fermented feed I have been following on another thread and have it ready for them tomorrow but I was out of apple cider vinegar
