Ok... Happy to stay on hatching topic, DG!

For those who care, I am making careful notes on both white vs blue eggs and normal vs weird air cell. Am curious if blue eggs will hatch different colors than the white... And I think I will confirm same hatch rate for all air cells... We will find out in 2 days, as most have internally pipped now.

Anyone ever keep a chicken or duck as a pet?? I mean a real pet, not just your fav out in the pen.

Also, anyone have bantem ducks?? Had a 4H kid here today, and he wanted to know if I had those too. He bought a trio of Khakis for the eggs to hatch his project.

My daughter wanted a White Silkie for Christmas, so I hatched some & she chose this girl (YES I know it is a roo
