Top of Chicken's head is ripped off

The dried blood should come off eventually. She looks very bright in the lastest picture. Is she maintaing her weight? Keep up the good work.

Also, this morning I found that she is bleeding on her bottom. Do chickens get periods or is this another serious issue?

Chickens do not get periods. Is there any injury apparent? Or is she having bloody droppings?

She is looking a heck of a lot better than when you first found her IMO. Good job taking care of her. Hard to tell if the blood will come off soon, I would say to give it more time. Not sure why her eye would be watery. Is she eating and drinking on her own? Any signs of infection on her head?

Since she was rescued from your neighbor who left her behind, you may want to read about chickens either her on the learning cetner or get a chicken book from the library or Amazon. Then someday, you might get the bug for some baby chicks. Here is a link where you can click on a bunch of articles:

Here are some picture of her vent. Also, there was also some places on her feathers that also had blood but I don't know how or why because by the looks of it, the bleeding has stopped.

It is hard to tell about what is bleeding from the pictures, but it looks serious. I would try to figure out if it is comming from her vent or in her poop. Is she injured anywhere, or picking at herself?

I'm always seeing her cleaning herself, might that have something to do with it? Also, she's definitely not bleeding anymore, but I found an area where there is also some dry blood.

Maybe you missed an injury..it's easy to do. Hoping that is what it is.
I'm shocked that a cat did this to a chicken. My stray cat always ignored my birds..
