"Yet" being the operable word here!!

I really like my friends Doms! But just can't seem to resist a Speckled Sussex!

OK Ralph, I'll give it a try.....

JJ + Ethel, 1 Self Blue, 1 Bourbon Red

Holm's Tom + 1 Blue Red Bronze & 2 Self Blue

Sidekick + 1 Rusty Lav & 2 Self Blue

Porter + 1 Self Blue & Bourbon Red ( might as well breed him while he's waiting for Coffee)

Send the remaining Slate Tom & Slate hen to Holm. He can raise the slates he will be showing.

You need a couple Red Bourbon hens. I would also love to see you add a few Royal Palm hens.

I love guineas! They are comical and look weird. However, I can't stand to listen to them.

Ralph...when is your hatch date? Are these all Creamette eggs? When are you going to start moving your birds into breeding pens? And have you decided how your pairing them up? And have you talked Holm out of his tom yet.

Chaos....how are your new turkeys doing....are they with T-Bone now or still in isolation?

I can't wait to see what you two end up with!

My Daisy is a lot like Ethel. I guess there is one in every flock. Daisy feels she's "entitled". Her routine, when I go out with them, is as follows: Play soccer or chase for about 10 minutes, then she watches me fooling around in the coops for about 10 minutes, then she starts bugging me (tugs on my clothes) to sit down so she can get petted for about 10 minutes. She's developed her routine.

Oh geez! Now I see Big Bird! Glad you rescued her from the Bourbon scrum. Poor Turkules is going through that bellybutton stage.

Seriously, are you keeping all the boys, or are you going to try and place a few? Or....maybe set up a breeding pen for each boy with a different type of hen! Get some Palms, Blues, a few Narri, etc. You could start the west coast branch of the calico flock!

Maybe you guys can send Holm back to the west coast on Amtrak with a blue hen. He could get her registered as an emotional support animal. :lau
