Is there any input people can give me short of culling all of them.

On a couple issues: once a course of antibiotic is started it must be finished . THat is don't stop until the full treatment has been done; if the bugs are susseptable they must be wiped out or it results in organisms more resistant to that anitbiotic. So don't be too quick to change medications. Think about how long it takes for the meds to have an effect and then how long for the animal to start showing recovery. Know your antibiotics. Learn about them. For some it is 24 hours, for others it is several days 3-4.
