(UPDATE!!) Red not getting better * PSU Replied!

I'm guessing it's about the consistency of flour, http://www.sweetnapa.com/volume-to-weight-ingredient-conversion
which
would make it ~ 10 g/ Tblsp, 3.3 g/ tsp, ~ .82 g/ 1/4 tsp. So 1/4 tsp in 1 cup of water would be 10 times too much. You could put 1/4 tsp (I'm assuming you have a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon) in 1 cup of water, then take out 1 tsp and add 9 tsp of water to it. This would give you close to the "1 baby aspirin/1 cup water" (81 mg) that is often recommended on this site.

Now that was really funny.. while I was reading about the asprin and trying to comprehend it all, I chuckled, and then all the sudden Red kind of chuckled like I did.. Then she went back to sleep.....

I know, my hubby and I don't take it anymore.. And I try not to give it to the kids if I can help it. I'll try to figure the asprin out like you told me to.

I think the aspirin will be ok, as long as you convince her to drink a little bit, rather than trying to squirt it in. It won't fix anything, it's only to make her more comfortable, and if she's comfy on your lap, you may have accomplished the same thing with love.

I am of no help for you medically but wanted to let you know I have been following this thread from the beginning and am sending you and Red positive thoughts and support. My prayers are with you both. I truly hope she pulls through. She couldn't be in better hands. Good luck. I'll be following.

I know it was her personality and loving nature that made me fall in love with her
