GK...... My BLRW's are all between 2 and 2 1/2 months now. I am sure of 2 being boys, and 1 a girl, but 2 still unsure. ELOISEtheCHICKEN was in town last weekend and adopted the most beautiful of the boys

As well as a blue silkie i hatched from my own flock a few months ago. So the 2 i am unsure of are the youngest at about 8 weeks. Some of the wyondottes develop bigger comb and waddles and look roo-ish so i think behavior is a key to sexing them also. And yeah it is funny how 'the guys' act like its no big deal....but they really do enjoy this hobby/pet

Wendy, you need to post some more pics of yours!!

I just hope I'll get to see mine tonight.

Number 2 is working at his pip a lot!
Number one is kinda worrying me, since she isn't doing anything.

Number two also talks back to me when I chirp at him.

So cute!!

OK GK......here are a few i just took for you tonight........there is one with a severe crossbeak that is also crooked. Its a boy and i wish i could keep him because he is special. I know a woman who is an organic farmer and she said he can come live with her. She has all pullets

I'm glad you both like the pics. You should see the one roo tha ELOISEtheCHICKEN took home. He has the most beautiful blue bottom

One of mine turned out with a single comb too. I was kinda surprised. I know they can, but with only 4, I didn't really expect it. Looks like it is going to be one of my prettiest ones, so single comb or not she is going to breed.

Alright, fine, I think mine are all the prettiest ones. LOL I have that mommy prejudice going on.

I bet his pretty blue bottom was just wonderful. I LOVE chickie bottoms anyway.
