Thank youThanks for the video - the duckling appears to be dyspneic and is obviously having a hard time getting air in. With ducklings, this can be most commonly attributed to tracheal blockages, due to seed, foreign matter lodged, or conditions such as aspergillus that create fungal spore development inside the trachea. If you noticed the breathing soon subsequent after allowing her in water, it's possible inhaled water and is suffering from aspiration pneumonia, which is also common.
Besides providing supportive care, we are limited to what we can do with ducklings due to their small size, and fragility. Getting it somewhere warm, and trying to get some fluids in her would be a good start. Mucosal membranes desiccate out quickly with dyspneic birds, so you may consider humidifying the area in her pen a little to lessen the chance of dehydration.
Ideally, she would be delivered some oxygen, so if you have a veterinarian nearby that may be another good route. I do hope you see improvement soon.
