Hi all,
my 3 eggs are one day over, with no obvious pipping. As a first timer, i am obviously excited but had some questions (i am in lockdown with H75% and constant temp of 37.6C - all has been automatic and reliable)
1. one of the eggs has a brown 'ring' around the area where the air sac is - normal?
2. another egg looks slightly discoloured - the person i bought the eggs off told me to check the floatation - which i did - it sank and so as directed, i chipped a tiny bit off. The baby is still breathing! What do i do now????
3. third egg looks like a lump of stone - nothing happening that is obvious.
Thank you

....Yes if the membrane is thick and rubbery you can pick it off with tweezers...Lay the egg on is side so it can zip out counter clockwise ..meaning upwards from the pip hole ..
..
