well there you go..I learned something today..tweaker,I would just call them a druged out waste of skin..anyway,,I believe this is state wide here in MN,even if a person breaks into your home and your dog bites them IN YOUR HOME they can still sue YOU for the dog bite...the laws could have changed sense I had trouble with a "waste of skin" neighbor,I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong..
