Don't think there are 12 step group meetings for smoking.

When SIL quit using dip, he used an on line 'nicotine quit' group.

Heck, I sometimes fell asleep with a wad of chew in my cheek. Yesterday someone mentioned smoking in the shower. I routinely carried a can of beer in there when showering. That really aggravated the Princess.

No, you can't see it. Too bad... as much as they cost to use, you ought to, but I suppose people would be on-line trying to diagnose that funny little wobble, scaring themselves into cardiac arrest...

I did.
Two to four times a night.

Two nights in a row now I've only woke once and I was actually able to go back to sleep quickly.

It also just clicked how hard it could be for others to kick an addiction.

I am not talking about a phone addiction either. That one I will never understand. Just throw it away.
