it's a girl and actually, her neck seemed to get shorter. This particular 'ostrich' is short for it's kind.

I have always had chickens, turkeys and duck's my cousin's wife won't come over to my house she says they will attack her cause chickens are visious and that same cousin's little brother (he is a city boy) asks me how I can tell the boys from the girls and asks me why I'm not scared of them
