I'm done trying to help new breeders that need a lesson in genetics before they try to breed. In the AC thread I've been trying to help someone who just got chicks.

I gave some advice, they argued with me, I explained, and they came back with, I kid you not, pretty much the equivalent of 'it's dumb to cull a bird because they have undesirable traits'. Yeah, good luck breeding with that attitude.

I'm sorry about the brahma chick! So sad!!! It would be hard for me to cull one, but equally as hard to hear it crying & not be able to help it. Sounds like you're stuck between a rock & a suck spot. Good luck!

Someone else just responded. I decided not to respond at all, so they can either take what the other person said, learn and improve, or ignore it and run their birds into the ground, I ain't trying to help them any longer.

Don't ask me I name goats goat And I don't even know what kind of goat the last one is except she is nuts. I was having a dizzy spell when I was bidding. I didn't know there was a gray goat in the lot . Two or three are Boer are almost Boer and two are mixed and then anybody guess what the gray one is .DW can pet Lucy and the ones born here . He got a touch of frost bite. He is still my best looking Marans . Some of the bunch just moved into the grow out coop . they won't leave the coop . Blue rooster hatched from Ravyn's Blue eggs . He is huge and only a little bit mean .
