She is 4 years old and she is in a coop at night with 6 other females ducks and 1 drake and during the day she is in a run with the rest of the ducks

No she hasn’t, that area is swollen and orange, could she be egg bound or have a broken egg inside?

It looks more topical. Are there damp or wet areas around where she is kept? Have you checked her for lice and mites?

There are some wet areas mostly after it rains. No, I haven’t checked for lice or mites. How do you check?
