eerie is the word I used.... Not scary. the back ground input of EMF is something we all get used to... for some it causes headaches...

Where I live the EMF is very low - 0.0005 mW/m^2. I get these rare blips 10x-100x greater every once in a while; can't figure out where they're from. It's interesting to drive down the road and see what everyone's exposed to.

couple of things could be contributors.... could be Geologic, underground water flow etc.

but all of us in Cities are exposed to old generators and motors and bad wiring.....

That stuff is voodoo. I have no idea how they come up with those strange designs.
Not voodoo at all the guy designing knows all he needs to know about how to propogate that little emf wave based on wavelength he is working on, does he need it to be unidirectional, and how far he wants it to travel. Does he want that wave to transmit line of sight or to bounce off the atmosphere in it travels the rest is yada yada to me.

for what its worth old time cars that have carbeurators will survive the pulse... you can harden one up by replacing electronic components with mechanical

I miss my 1980 Toyota 4x4, that thing didn't like Texas winters up north near DFW until you stuck a screwdriver in the choke then it purred. Nothing on it ever broke on it that either JB weld or a set of wrenches would fix. It even survived oil numerous oil changes where I found spare parts in the pan and nothing related to the drive train ever complained.

What I am piecing together from what I remember and what I am learning today.
A microwave oven cooks with radiation. A microwave oven does not cook things that are outside the oven because it is a "Faraday Cage" and keeps the harmful radiation inside.
How can I use this information, I must remember not to put my poodle in the microwave oven to dry it after a bath. :old:caf correct me if i am wrong.
Wrong if we are splitting hairs but right enuf for me.
