What breed are these?? And gender guesses?

Bought these 6 chicks May 30th from tractor supply. No labels were there so I had no idea what I was getting. The all were yellow but two had a single black dot and seemed a tad bigger than the other four. They have gotten whiter and whiter with a couple black spots showing up and have grown so fast. I think they might me austrawhites but I’m not positive. The other four look like Delaware but I’m not sure because I’m a first time chicken owner. Also worried I have multiple Roosters!? Also I think they’re about 6 weeks old.

I’m really hoping Delaware and that the two Austra whites.

In the first photo (shows all 6 chicks), I think I see 4 Delawares, and I'm not sure about the other 2. Austra White sounds like a good guess.

TSC in my area brings in birds from Hoover Hatchery. The only Columbia pattern they have is wynadotte and Delaware ( and Brahma but these are definitely not). I'm not super familiar with either of these but I know wynadotte have rose combs and Delaware's straight combs

Delawares also have white barring across the black parts, while Columbian Wyandottes do not.

OP's chickens have single combs, and the Columbian pattern WITH white barring, so they look like Delawares to me.
