Haha I’ll keep everyone updated when she lays! Hopefully in the next few weeksI’d actually be more inclined to guess Polish mix.
All shall be determined by egg color.

The bird in question is too young to lay eggs.I love the name. Would you please send pics of the egg. Thanks.
Yep hasn’t laid yet and will still be a few weeks off I thinkI love the name. Would you please send pics of the egg. Thanks.
Penedesencas aren’t very common, and many breeds have slate legs. Though it is possible. So I think I figured out what she may be … she’s half pendenseca, she has the exact feather coloring and dark legs. They lay a dark drown eggs. And well her features look just like a cream leg bar. So mixing a dark brown egg layer and blue makes her the Olive egger she is.
He looks like...Marans x dominique? with something else in ther?Hi, was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what my little 10 week old olive egger rooster would be crossed with. I absolutely love him and he has the funniest little personality, but would love to know what breeds he might be! He is black and white but has started getting bits of gold/red on him, and has very fluffy feet tooView attachment 2877980View attachment 2877982View attachment 2877981
Awesome! Do you think her eggs will stay small or will they get bigger as she ages?Must be a polish mix then!
Awesome, would love to know what he will look like when he’s older and I’m too impatient to wait till he grows hahaHe looks like...Marans x dominique? with something else in ther?
