What causes soft yolks?

I only have one chicken (Molly) who is on her second fall, not freezing here yet. But her yolks break very easily and the whites are more runny. I have noticed this the last month or so. She has at least 3-4 hours of free range and I offer free choice oyster shell. She is my only green egg layer, so I know that it is her. Her sister is fine. and my new layers are fine. Could she have something wrong with her? Does she need something?
 
Have gotten an egg for two days in a row now that the yolk busted upon cracking into the frying pan, which has not happened before. I collect the eggs and we use them up almost daily so they are not old. But one of my hens is about four-five years old. So I suspect it is her eggs.
