What could it be

Good day everyone
We recently got a young flock of 1 month old birds and one that was brought home by mom is Ill
She has the fowl pox, it's all over her legs on her nose,one eye and a wattle
Though she's doing well eating drinking and pooing normal
She's stays with us inside to prevent the spread and I know pox is no biggie I had dealt with it twice in the past but my main concern is she's having watery eyes which are really bugging her

Both sides uzzzss water constantly with once in a while bubbles in them
She's been on strong antibiotics but the eyes showing no response to treatment

Please is there anyone that has experienced and dealth with such?
I'd really appreciate the help

I would stop the oral antibiotics and start applying ophthalmic ointment to her eyes to moisten and deal with any possible secondary bacterial infection.
