What did you make from your garden today?

Pics
I've been picking leaves from my Swiss chard every day and sauteing them in butter.
I ate my first ripe raspberry.

A bird ate my first green strawberry... 😡
I can only grow a few Swiss Chard at a time, I kind of over did it with a 50 foot row of them when I was a youngster and everyone in my family got tired of eating them.

The leaves keep growing back, its endless in the tropics.

The first year I planted it, I found that 6 well-tended chards will bury you in more than enough greens. It's the gift that keeps on giving! 😅

My lettuce is having great time here. I garden in tires no bending.
Two stacked and tires are free at a tire shop. They have to pay to have them picked up other wise.
This is my strawberry patches. 20230510_160301.jpg 20230510_160314.jpg

I was taking Atorvastatin for cholesterol and read online that most of the pain associated with satin's side effects occur in the lower leg, so I told my doctor I couldn't sit on or bend my right knee all the way with out intense pain. He told me it could be related to a CoQ10 deficiency, and explained how it gets depleted with statins, so I started taking CoQ10, but it did not solve my pain problem.

However, to make a long story short, I came across a YouTube video, it was about problems or signs of a magnesium deficiency.

At first, I tried double dosing magnesium oxide because of its poor absorption rate and then switched to magnesium citrate which has a higher absorption rate. I can feel the difference, my knee pain is going away. I am pretty sure I had a magnesium deficiency and it was the root cause of my knee pain.
