I like #1 the best because it has something besides just the blossom with sky. There's more interest in that one. And I like how the white clouds are in the upper left corner repeating the color of the pea blossom. Very nice!

My favorite is the 3rd pic, I like how the light is hitting the blossom, and how the main leaves are faded in the background, while one leaf(left side) pokes to the foreground and you can see the detail.
