What gender would you guess for these 5 silkies (5 weeks old, one black, one buff, 3 white)

Much too young yet. If I had to guess going by the width of combs the last one is your only pullet. It's only a wild guess though. Update in another month or two. Silkies can take longer to tell sometimes.

I have had pullets with combs that wide at this age. Repost around 4 months of age if genders are still in question.
