What is the best diet for adolescent ducks?

What would be the best diet for adolescent ducks. And the best treats... and how often should they get treats?

What do you have available to you? there are flock raiser, growers etc.. treats, depends on the treat, some are good in larger amounts others not so much. I don't really give mine treats, except in winter i will give lettuce to give them greens, as they forage.
