What kind is this little guy?

Today (5-20-2025) while taking trash out I turned around to walked back to the house and heard tiny peeps and saw this little guy coming from under our porch. I live in a rural area miles and miles away from any bodies of water. There was no signs of the momma or other babies near by and I have no idea where this little guy came from. I went out 5 other times to take trash out and he was nowhere in site beforehand. I looked around and saw no momma or other babies around. Can anyone help me identify what kind he is? I'm in lower Michigan by Lake Erie.

Wood ducklings are very hard to keep alive, so I would definitely surrender him to a wildlife rehabber
