Bare legs that are bright orange. I have it in a cage covered with a blanket so it can rest.Maybe a roller pigeon. Does it have feathered legs?
Do you have it in a cage? Great job catching it, domestic pigeons don’t usually survive long in the wild!
Any type of seeds will work. If you don’t have seeds, quinoa, cooked rice, cooked de-shelled peas, or even chicken crumble are good temporary foods. Here’s a sample of the seeds I feed my pigeons:I also have no idea what to offer it for food.

Oh dear. Now I don't know what to do. I doubt my husband will want to keep it. Guess I gotta ask around to find out who keeps pigeons.Even lost homing pigeons often have a hard time getting home if they’ve flown off-course. This one doesn’t look like a breed with homing instincts.
