View attachment 1513275 Well since I have chickens this year and waiting on eggs, Ward said what will you do with all those eggs? I bought an egg recipe book which has wonderful ideas and so we are testing them out. My favorite was Flat bread pizza with poached egg in center and fontina with leeks. Since I’m not making it tonight I’ll take pic of pic in book. Comes out looking just like the book. All from scratch even crust.Yum!
I have also tried egg salad recipes, a Korean bowl, and for those who are French a Croque Madame.
