What's the weirdest mix you've had?

We had some interesting mixes in the first birds that were given by our neighbors.
These girls were Dominique/Buff

The rooster in the center left was Red's full brother. He was a beautiful bird, but he was MEAN so he went to freezer camp at 10 months. This is the only picture I have of him.

The birds below, we raised from our Doms and Dom Crosses using different roosters.
This was Gray Stuff. His father was a Leghorn cross (we don't know with what, but he had a few black feathers). His mother was a Dominique.

The girl in the next 3 pictures was a homemade New Hampshire/Dominique Black Sex Link. Unfortunately, she was killed in a barnyard accident at 4 months.

This is Hawk, the half sister of the chick above. She is New Hampshire/(Dominique/RIR, Red was her mother).

This is what she look like all grown up. She was a BIG pullet.

This boy was Black Cochin/ (Dominique/RIR, Red was his mother as well)View attachment 1532946
Here he is with his brothers. All the cockerels from the Black Cochin/Dominique, Dom cross mixes had really nasty temperaments. View attachment 1532947
It's a shame the temperaments weren't better, because they sure are beautiful to look at!

here is a today's photo of the aforementioned NN x FBCM roo. He has a very scowly face but is a dear...so far. He's almost 5 months old and at the bottom of the roo pecking order despite his fierce look ;)
