By the time we get the coop set up my chick will be close to 7 weeks old. I live in eastern Washington so it gets warm during the day, right now 70-80 degrees but at night it doesn’t get much above mid 50’s. Should I wait to move her into the coop, or will she be okay? (I only have 1 chick and she is a buff Orpington)

Do you have any other chickens? They're social animals so you really need at least 2.

As far as when you can move outside... 2 weeks ago. :) I assume she's already off heat - if not, you need to ween her off the heat source.

Agreed with RMT. She's well past the age when she can move outside. I recommend that you get a second bird, and move them both in at the same time. Check your state's thread. Surely there is someone who may have an extra chick of approximately the same age that you can put with your bird.

I am getting one day old chicks next week, and unloading the box from the post office directly into the coop, with heating pad set up.
