Will they ever lay?

My sapphire gem is the only one laying. They are all 23 weeks

Yes. Different birds lay at different ages. I had one wait till 9 months once.

There are a few that have the dark red combs/wattles, like the sapphire gem. I would bet they'll start soon. The other 2 don't seem close yet.

Did you get them as chicks? Are you positive of their age?

I got them as day old chicks early March at a feed store. They have been on chick starter with eggshells given randomly. I just switched to 20% flock grower. They had a cockrell brother stressing them until he was rehomed last week. I was hoping for a sudden shift in production!

They may not be ready yet plus removing the cockerel will give them something to get used to.

I agree with what the others have stated, so many factors play into their maturing, and this heat doesn't help any. Your SS looks ready, by the way she is drop dead gorgeous!
I bet in the next 30 days you will see more eggs being deposited, waiting sucks though, as we want to celebrate with our chicks when they begin, so enjoy the egg calls when they happen.

It might help if you switch them over from flock grower to layer food.
