Wing issues with Buckeye chick

So I noticed my chick has “stubby” wings compared to her sister. I have a video she must have known I was trying to get help she spreads out her wing towards the end of the 45 sec video but when it folds it fold wrong. He sisters sings lay against her body as does all the other chicks only this Buckeye has some kind of Bi-lateral wing issue
