Good Froggy Morning Everybody! Don't know how many pages I had to read this AM. But most is gone from my brain. Sorry! Nice pics everyone! Going to try a get a double batch of chili done today but have a feeling Donny is gonna call about his driveway. But then again he called them and might have peed them off by bugging them. The man has NO patience. So I'll get as far as I can and have some of L's spaget sauce as a back up supper. Cind still think that roo is so cool looking! Jim glad you got your birds figured out and your mud scraped. The back blade that Donny has is his brothers and needs a little welding of the 3 pt pins. FT thought you said DH said NO MORE ANIMALS! Maybe it was someone else

Hope your truck is an extended cab so they all had a more comfortable ride home.

Think they could make a sit com out your daily antics. Could see this episode being pulled over by a cop with 2 goats inside the cab and chickens hanging out of your shirt. Guess it would be more of a reality show.

You are a hoot! Then there's the trip to the Dr. episode. And taking a shower episode and..... I can understand why Chuck hooked up with ya, never a dull moment! Now my brain is shot too many episodes! Better get the chili going.

good morning, just killing a little time waiting for the truck to get here.. Now it is rainy season, I hope I can get a few scoops back to the chicken yard..

I think we have all hens left of americauna.. I tried to catch 2 roosters yesterday, but none looked like roos.. but with them, you never know, right ?

DrH, my blade has threaded 3 pt. pins.. they work loose once in awhile..

Robin L. is that the Clear Lake where one of the Schields has his cottage? I did a lot of work on that place.. It is on the North end of the lake with a huge floating dock.. I also helped put that dock in and take it out for about 5 seasons..

I have a few people coming today, so I better go get things ready..

Annie started the pear butter.. I have to run it through the squishy thing and then get it ready for the jars.. I am making a small batch to start with.. If we like it, then I will make some more.. I did not like the apple butter my Mom used to make..

I have 2 five gal batches of blackberry wine to strain today also..
40 lbs or berries.. the chickens will love the solids and seeds..

Not sure where Amery is, as I am doomed to the southeastern portion of the state. SIGH.

So the house I am in love with is still on the market. Not trying to get my hopes up (but its hard), but hubby said if its still there when we list our home, we can put in an offer on contigency that we sell ours. We shall see.

Our 2 year wedding anniversary is coming up in about a week!

Been with him for 7, only married 2. Feels like forever!

In laws are coming down the same weekend we are celebrating and cramping our style.

Man they can be needy!!

Got all my paperwork in to start up school again in January. So, I will try hard to check in. Gonna be a rough ride. My boss tells me i'm nuts. I think I am!!

Well off to get the kids dressed, to daycare, then clean my house before going to work! Ciao!

Good morning everyone! Grey and wet today...maybe the sun will make an appearance later? I guess I shoulda saved my inside work for today...not that I actually got it done yesterday....

Now THAT would be something to brag about! I still cant believe I have a clean counter in my kitchen...the books....hmmmm...I just hate to get rid of books especially ones that I have taken a while to collect! I am thinking about putting some of them on that Amazon thing...I probably dont need any baking books anymore! Doubt I will be able to get the deal that BL4 did...remember that delicious cake at the bash?

Hey Cind...if you look at the pic of your bird just down to his "knees" you could swear he was a young Golden Eagle! The pen bars kinda blur out his beak and I thought you were showing a predator as I scrolled down! That is the coolest looking bird ever! I think Jim mentioned you could send it back in trade for Ameracauna hens? Hmmm...I really wish Little Turk wouldnt be so shy! I cant get close to him with a camera at all...

I got an email from a Thai breeder.. He saw my ad on c/list. he just wanted to tell me that I had Thai chickens.. I am glad he wrote.. I finally figured out that they were not Ukokkei.. Brent told me that a while ago.. but you know me, I have to research and find out for myself.. I have them listed as jungle fowl on c/list.. I suppose I should go in and change that to Thai game birds..

That Brent...he usually knows what he is talking about! Glad you got your mud/sh!t handled! I sure wish I could get that done here...I have put up so many fences that I cant get the loader inside to do anything with it...now THAT was fantastic planning on my part! NOT!

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot...speaking of that; yes my toe is feeling better. I taped it to it's neighbor and I might be able to get a shoe on today! THe swelling seems to be a bit less and it is less hot. Dont think I am limping any more...have to check when I get up again for more coffee!
